Thank you for shopping at DTB. We take great pride in offering carefully curated antique and vintage pieces and ensuring you have a positive shopping experience. Due to the unique nature of antiques and the vintage items, we have a tailored return policy. Please review the details below.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns:
We understand that purchasing antiques and vintage items online can be a big decision, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. However, since all our items are vintage or antique, they may show signs of age, wear, or patina, which is part of their charm. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

- Damaged or altered items (items that have been used or modified after delivery)
- Items purchased with a discount or promotion that specifically excludes returns
Return Process:

- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at DivineTimelessBlendsLLC@gmail.com to request a return. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. You may be asked to send photos of the item to help us understand the condition.
- Return the item in its original packaging, with any included paperwork (such as certificates of authenticity, care instructions, etc.), to ensure its safe arrival.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Condition of Returned Items:
All returned items must be in their original condition. Any item returned in damaged, altered, or used condition may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns of items that are not defective or damaged. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure all items are carefully packaged and shipped. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us immediately at DivineTimelessBlendsLLC@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue.
For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. We will also cover return shipping costs for these cases.
Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antique and vintage items, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
